Laura is an Occupational Psychologist and has over twenty five years experience working with organisations ensuring that their HR strategies and practices support the achievement of the business agenda. She has held a number of roles including General Manager HR with Permanent TSB, Global Operations Director for cut-e, managing director of Aon’s Assessment Solution Ireland and is now a director of Aon’s Human Capital Solutions.
