Aisling’s HR career spans over 25 years, working across industry and sector prior to establishing Our Tandem. As a former HR Director of O2, Aisling led many global change initiatives that transformed performance management, talent management and led wider cultural change programmes. She also established and ran Telefonica’s first European HR shared service organisation. Prior to Telefonica, Aisling was a HR Director and Board member with SAP. With a Masters in performance management, Aisling progressed into consultancy where she worked with blue chip companies to evolve their performance management and leadership practices.
