The Interview Series: Rebecca Yue & Andrew Tang, Smurfit Women, Inspiring More

Declan chats to Rebecca and Andrew, two of the founders of Smurfit Women, Inspiring More (SWIM) a network founded to raise awareness with university graduates of some of the biases or prejudices that exist against women in the workplace, ensuring their first experience of this is less of a culture shock. They discuss a number of things including why companies should care that top talent assess this when considering their employment opportunites, being male allies, and what can be done to address some of the imbalances that exist.
