Bio

Caroline Kennedy is Head of Careers ath national College of Ireland, has a degree and master’s in Psychology together with a postgraduate diploma in Careers Education. She entered the HEI sector 17 years ago. Caroline is a board member of the Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) the representative body for HEI Careers Services in Ireland, and is on the steering committee of Block W.

The NCI Career Development & Employability team have won the National AHECS Gold Award for Excellence in Employability in 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2018. We were highly commended in 2021 and won the Education Award for Career Impact Strategy in 2019
