About our guest
Teresa joined Irish Life Group in September 2019 as Chief People Officer for Ireland and Europe. She has over 30 years HR experience working across a broad range of sectors both as a senior leader and a management consultant.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Masters in HR Strategy and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She also attended the Advanced Programme in OD at the University of Columbia, New York.
She has particular expertise in talent development and organisational change with a track record of delivery on the people agenda of significant merger and organisational change projects.
