Jan is an experienced HR consultant and senior researcher with both SD Worx and the University of Antwerp. He advises clients on key trends shaping the future of work, from evolving workforce expectations to new models of collaboration. Jan also lectures on related topics and leads the “Next Generation Work” research programme, in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Ans De Vos and Antwerp Management School.
