As the Senior Vice President of Global Human Experience at Workhuman, named The Best Workplace in Ireland in 2019 and one of Europe’s Great Workplaces, Niamh is passionate about cultivating a workplace culture of gratitude. Niamh is committed to shaping the future of work by helping people find and achieve their purpose.
Niamh oversees all global HR activities focused on the recruitment, retention, and alignment of Workhuman’s international workforce based in Dublin and Boston. Chief among these responsibilities is continuously improving and elevating everything the company does to ensure its employees have an exceptional employee experience. Niamh also spearheads the company’s people strategy and culture, which has resulted in multiple awards from the Great Place to Work Institute in Dublin and the U.S., including the prestigious “Best Practices for Caring” award. This year Niamh’s efforts culminated in Workhuman claiming first place in the 2019 Great Place to Work Awards, a testament to the dedication of Niamh and the entire Workhuman team.
Niamh is passionate about Workhuman’s culture, its people, and its product. She has an employee-first mindset and drives Workhuman’s internal recognition programme and continuous performance management platform to help the company connect culture to shared purpose to motivate and empower people to do the best work of their lives.
During her nearly 20 years with Workhuman, Niamh has held several leadership roles from human relations and operations to creating and maintaining a best-in-class operational infrastructure as the company has scaled globally.
