Guest presenter Andrea Hayes chats to Suzie Carley, Executive Director, Dogs Trust Ireland. Dogs Trust Ireland has long championed the human–canine bond and Andrea and Suzie talk about how that bond extends into office life, what it means for employee wellbeing, and how organisations can build pet-friendly policies that work for everyone. From reducing stress and boosting morale to inspiring creativity and connection, canine colleagues are proving they’re more than just adorable distractions—they’re culture-shapers.
