    The Masterclass – Friday 9th Nov, 2pm – 5:15pm, followed by networking drinks & dinner from 6pm

     

    The Talent Leaders Masterclass is focused on the future of talent and talent assessment. Some of the emerging trends that will be discussed will include:

     

    • Mobile Assessment – exploring its’ continued emergence and new data on participant behaviour and performance
    • Facial Recognition – and its’ role in proctored supervision – security and ethics
    • GDPR – getting the best out of innovation in a new age of data privacy, security and compliance
    • Artificial Intelligence – in talent assessment and the role of Natural Language Processing and the impact of Prosodic Elements

     

     

    The Mountain Challenge – Saturday 10th Nov, registration 10:30am

     

    Choose between a 7km, 10km or 15km run through the Slieve Aughty Mountain course. Test yourself against your fellow talent leaders and against the clock on this tough mountain trial.

    This is a great opportunity to see what the ‘Aughtys’ have to offer in the West of Ireland. Marshals and water stations will be present at various points on the course and hot refreshments will be provided post event.

    The Mountain Challenge is organised by Slieve Aughty Mountain Adventures and will raise much needed funds for Galway Mountain Rescue.
